Why are people having drastic different weight?

There are many factors involved in weight gain. For example, if you’re taking in more calories than you’re burning, you’ll gain weight. This is true whether you’re eating healthy or unhealthy foods. So the first step in losing weight is to simply reduce your calorie intake.

But how do you reduce your calorie intake? That depends on how much you normally eat. Some people like to count their calories while others just look at the nutritional facts label on the back of packaged foods. Either way, you’ll find that you’ll be able to reduce your calorie intake by approximately 500 calories per day.

But how do we know what we should be eating? The answer is simple – read the labels! If you see a lot of fat, you’re probably going to gain weight. And if you see a lot of carbohydrates, you’re also likely to gain weight.

What you want to do is to eat more vegetables and fruits. These are low in calories and high in fiber. They will fill you up, but won’t add any extra calories to your diet.

Another good tip is to drink more water. Water helps to keep your body hydrated, which will help you feel full longer. Plus, it helps to flush out toxins from your body. Drinking water will also help to reduce bloating, gas and constipation.
