High Blood Pressure – The Answer Is Not Medication

A few years ago, I was working as a medical assistant in a small town hospital. One of my duties was to draw blood from patients for lab tests.

I was sitting at a table with a patient, when he started complaining about his high blood pressure. He was quite agitated and kept asking me why he was so high. I told him that it was probably due to stress.

He just laughed at me and said that he was not stressed. His blood pressure was normal. Then he asked me if I had ever taken a blood pressure reading before. When I said no, he asked me if I could take one right now. I took one and he was indeed very low.

I thought this was odd because he was not stressed. After a while, I realized that he was having a panic attack.

His blood pressure was high because he was anxious.

It was only after I understood this, that I learned how important it is to know how to take a blood pressure reading.

A few months later, I saw a man who had been diagnosed with high blood pressure. I asked him what he did to treat it. He told me that he had been taking medication for it since he was a teenager.

He said that he was taking the medication every day. It was a wonder that he didn’t die from high blood pressure.

When I told him that I didn’t believe that medication was the answer to high blood pressure, he got angry with me. He said that I was trying to poison him.

He said that the reason he was taking the medication was because I wanted to make him dependent on it.

He said that I was trying to control him.

He said it was up to him to decide whether or not to take the medication.

After he left, I realized that he was correct.

Medication is not the answer to high blood pressure.

There are many different natural treatments for high blood pressure. These include herbs, vitamins, minerals, and exercise.
