One of these remedies is drinking green tea. Green tea contains chemicals called catechins. These chemicals help to reduce blood pressure by relaxing your blood vessels. You can drink green tea either hot or cold. It has been found that drinking green tea daily can lower your blood pressure by up to 10%.
