You can meditate using a number of different techniques. One of the easiest is the breathing technique. Just sit comfortably and close your eyes. Take deep breaths through your nose. Focus on the sound of your breath as it enters your nostrils. Do not think about anything else. After a few minutes of doing this, you will start to relax. Your mind will begin to clear. You will feel calm and relaxed. When you feel that you are ready, try counting your breaths. Start with ten and then go up to twenty. If you do not feel comfortable counting, you can always focus on your breathing.
